Hey, I’m Jillian.

I help women living with chronic illness restore safety in their today body.

My Approach

Collaboration

I believe that coaching is a collaborative process.

This work is done in partnership with you in the driver’s seat, with your immediate and long-term needs or desires in mind. There will be times when I offer guidance and suggestions with education to further support your process forward.

Compassion

Life can be hard, and we are hard enough on ourselves. Self-compassion is a skill to be practiced and learned. This is a container for receiving non-judgment and compassion in conjunction with the work that you will be doing.

Coregulation

The nervous system plays an integral role in growing our capacity to navigate difficult seasons of life and grow resilience.

Working with a somatically trained coach brings coregulation to sessions so that you can experience how it feels to come into regulation with a sense of safety and someone by your side to hold the bigness of emotional experiences.

What Clients are Saying

"My journey with chronic illness has, at times, been a very isolating and lonely experience.

Meeting and working with Jillian has been one of the most significant experiences in finding my way forward. She has given me a sense of hope with her deep care and listening.  She is a source of support, inspiration, and allyship."

- Christine J.

"As someone who spends a lot of time in my head, Foundations helped me achieve the goal of coming back into my body. Jillian has a knack for creating spaces that feel like a safe community.

Learning about somatics was fascinating and helpful to my everyday life with practices and an understanding of how my body processes experiences. I can't wait to dive further in!"

FAQ

  • Let’s start with a free connection call to determine your coaching needs (and suss out if we’ll be a good fit for one another).

  • I am aware that some of us don’t have expendable income at this time. I strive to make my fees accessible without sacrificing my health and need for medical finances, so if something feels out of reach, please contact me. I’m human. Let’s discuss and see if we can find something that supports both of us.

  • Timelines are dependent upon the individual, their needs/goals, and the type of container desired (group or 1:1).

With 1:1, first-time clients, a minimum of 3-6 months is recommended for sustainable transformation that honors your nervous system.

With group programs, the duration can vary from a condensed workshop series to weeks to months. It all depends on the intention of the group.
